Foundation in IS Project Management
The course is highly practical and is based on experience developed in our own projects. Participants are encouraged to discuss their own problems and issues in project management and to identify how the skills taught on the course could benefit their own organisation. The course documentation provided for each participant includes a copy of the BCS/ISEB textbook Project Management for IT-Related Projects.
